I had my boat at the yard And had the keel off for some work, two weeks later I went back and some one stole my Stainless Steel hanger box any onr parting out their boat, I,m sick over this, another option if someone had good dimentions I could have it fabed.

You are not forgotten.  I'm doing a little checking here.  I've not had mine out, but did fill and paint mine last year, then had to replace the cable a few weeks ago.  Done and on the trailer now.
