So far, since posting some photos of our recent Midship purchase we have made some improvments.  So Far:

Removed all wood trim in aft cabin.  Currently in wood shop and will be replaced.
Removed orignal aft (yuk) cushions and are in the process of replacing.
Removed handrails and sanded, cleaned, oiled & reattached.
In process of cutting carpet for fore and aft cabins.
In process of installing new curtains.
Extensive hull wash.  Buff and wax coming next.
Bought new main and jib halyards on  eBay (Great Deals).
Bought (2) new mahogany/brass dome lights for main cabin and (2) brass, directional "bullet" lights for the aft cabin - we still need to install, however - eBay also for these.
Touched up dorads and interior window frames - gotta love Krylon Fusion!
Filled many drill holes, etc. - epoxied.  Sanded.

We still need to replace old, cracked life-line covers and boots.  Install VHF & Antenna.  Find an outboard.  Check rigging and steer cables (what should I be looking for with the steer cables)?  And a few other misc. things.  We are looking forward to some nice fall sailing here in Southern California.

Maybe I can add some photos to this post.

What part of S. Calif are you in? I might be sailing down that way soon.
