Hey guys.

A few weeks back I performed the layup on my rear hatch based on Herb and Bob's information.  I have attached a writeup which illustrates the process I followed to create a mold and steps necessary to layup a fiberglass gelcoat part.  If my time is worth nothing, the ingredients for the hatch cost around $100.

Even though I ran into a snag with the mold, I feel the part is going to work very well and am going to claim victory at this time since it fits on the boat!!!  I will upload newer versions of the file along the way and will provide a better current photo once things settle.

I ran into a problem uploading the PDF.  Can someone else try?  I would like to have a copy on this site for reference.

Cheers, and thanks again!
