Tom, This may not meet your cost goals, but check, "MODIFICATIONS" and look at what Steve Johnson is considering for a new installation.
There is a guy on EBAY who sells Vire stuff and recently had a rebuilt Vire for sale. He is in Australia or New Zealand, but for a one time shipment, it might work out.
"NicktheEngineer" is the name he uses.
there is a VIRE webpage somewhere. I'll see if Google Desktop can help me find it.
