Can't give an exact answer for you.  My boat and after market trailer weigh 8,000 pounds.  If you take the often used 10 percent , then you could expect 800 pounds.

My trailer follows well, and made a 1000 mile trip behind a sturdy 2/3 ton truck.  I've moved it just a short distance  with no problem.

Hopefully someone with the original trailer will respond.  I can recall seeing in the literature, boat weights from 3,700 to 5,700 pounds.  Some notes that I saw refered to a trailer that owuld not really meet the requirements of the later boats.

My trailer weighs less than 2,000 pounds, around 1,800 actually.

I've got the original trailer that came with the boat.
They were made by Vanson in CA.

Up until this year I had about 500-600 lb tounge weight.
With the re-power it's much less. (need to move the boat as far forward in the trailer as I can).

I do not reccomend anything less than 500lbs or the trailer will unstable (dangerous). Especially on down hill runs.....

Good luck
