Where is your plastic winch handle holder located?  I need to put mine back on and I can't find any holes for it.

Seriously, some folks just keep it in one of the bins on the side of the cockpit.
Many install the soft holder you mgiht be talking about down near the cabin entry.

Some strapped to the steering post.
