i own a dawson 26' after not saling her for a while, I foun the stearing wheel to be practicly frozen, anybody know how and where to lubricate the stearing mechanism? Hiborges@bellsouth.net any info would be much appretiated

My guess is the steering cables have developed some rust or corrosion inside the cable covers.

If you find your wheel is stiff or will not turn check the packing in the steering box over the rudder. The packing will dry out and make it hard to turn.
